Refund Policy

Once services have been rendered, there are no refunds for Birth Chart Readings, Oracle Card readings, and 1:1 Astrology Coaching journeys.

For subscriptions like A Daily Dose of Stars, once your monthly payment has been received there are no refunds. However, you are free to cancel your subscription any time.

Cancellation Policy

Any Birth Chart Readings that are cancelled 0-12 hours before the scheduled start time will not receive a refund.

Any Birth Chart Readings that are cancelled 13-24 hours before the sheduled start time are eligible to receive a 50% refund.

Any Birth Chart Readings that are cancelled 25+ hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a 100% refund.

Rescheduling Policy

Birth Chart Readings/Coaching calls that are rescheduled 13+ hours before the scheduled start time will not have any financial penalty.

Birth Chart Readings/Coaching calls that are rescheduled 0-12 hours before the scheduled start time will be subject to an additional surcharge (20% of total Reading/Coaching cost) to be paid before the newly scheduled Reading/Coaching call begins.

Running Late / “I Forgot” Policy

You have a ten minute grace period for joining your Birth Chart Reading/Coaching call late. After ten minutes, your Reading/Coaching call will be cancelled with no refund.

Following the cancelled Reading/Coaching call, you have 48 hours to re-book your Reading/Coaching call at half the original cost. After 48 hours, you will re-book at full price.

The Moon Phase Manifestor

Refund Policy

Given the nature of this group astrology coaching program, there no refunds for The Moon Phase Manifestor. If you pay in full, your tuition grants you access to the program for 12 months after your payment is processed. If you pay monthly, you are responsible for fulfilling 12 monthly payments until your month-to-month agreement ends.

If you choose to cancel your membership, you will be responsible for paying out the remainder of your 12-month agreement.

-90% registration refund for cancellation 90+ days before retreat start date (remaining 10% covers non-refundable transaction and processing fees)

-50% registration refund for cancellation 45-89 days before retreat start date

-0% registration refund for cancellation 0-44 days before retreat start date
